We hope you had a fantastic summer, and are ready for Autumn to commence! Rach spent some much-needed time off at the start of the Summer Holidays and is now just having a little rest before delving into our exciting new timetable (below)!
That's right - we have a NEW CLASS starting next week; our Adults Class for Neurodiverse/Disabled Adults that are able to access a mat-based session.
New Class Details:
Adults (mat-based) Class
Tuesdays
8.30pm
St Nicholas Community Centre
First class FREE, then £12/session
Our original Chair Class and Kids Class are still on the board - with discounts when you purchase a bundle!
Our Half Termly Community Social is also continuing...
